As part of our LiveLoveLearn ethos we strive to create a climate where staff are trained well enough so they can leave, but valued highly enough that they don’t want to.   • always seek two references ourselves from a most recent employer and second reference from a person who is able to make a judgment about a candidate’s suitability to work with children.

  • ensure candidates have permission to work in the UK.
